Invocation n° 1

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا، وَرَزَقَنِيهِ، مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ.

Translittération

Alhamdu liAllahi allathee atAAamanee hatha, warazaqaneehi, min ghayri hawlin minnee wala quwwatin.

Français

Louange à Allah Qui m’a accordé cette nourriture et me l’a octroyé sans pouvoir, ni force de ma part.

Anglais

All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any might nor power from myself.

Lob sei Allah, der mir dies zu essen gegeben und mich damit versorgt hat, ohne Kraft und ohne Macht von meiner Seite.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ حَمْداً كَثِيراً طَيِّباً مُبَارَكاً فِيهِ، غَيْرَ مَكْفِيٍّ وَلَا مُوَدَّعٍ، وَلَا مُسْتَغْنىً عَنْهُ رَبُّنَا.

Translittération

Alhamdu liAllahi hamdan katheeran tayyiban mubarakan feehi, ghayra makfiyyin wala muwaddaAAin, wala mustaghnan AAanhu Rabbuna.

Français

A Allah revient la Louange abondante, pure et bénie. Nul ne peut Te louer et reconnaître Tes grâces comme Tu le mérites, ni ne peut se dispenser de Toi, ô mon Seigneur.

Anglais

Praise be to Allah abundantly and sincerely, of such a nature as is productive of blessing, is not insufficient, Abandoned, or ignored, O our lord.
