Invocation n° 1

اَلحَمدُ لِلهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ، وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَولٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ.

Translittération

Alhamdu liAllahi allathee kasanee hatha alththawba, warazaqaneehi min ghayri hawlin minnee wala quwwatin.

Français

Louange à Allah Qui m’en a vêtu et m’a octroyé ce vêtement alors que je ne déploie ni effort ni force.

Anglais

Praise is to Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, though I was powerless myself and incapable.

Lob sei Allah, der mich mit diesem Gewand bekleidet und es mir beschert hat, ohne Kraft und ohne Macht von meiner Seite.

Portugais

O louvor pertence a Allah, que me vestiu com esta vestimenta e ma proveu, sem força nem poder de minha parte.

Espagnol

La alabanza es para Allah, que me ha vestido con esta prenda y me la ha proveído, sin fuerza ni poder de mi parte.

اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الحَمدُ أَنْتَ كَسَوْتَنِيهِ، أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِهِ وَخَيْرِ مَا صُنِعَ لَهُ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهِ وَشِّرِ مَا صُنِعَ لَهُ.

Translittération

Allahumma laka alhamdu anta kasawtaneehi, asaluka min khayrihi wakhayri ma suniAAa lahu, waaAAoothu bika min sharrihi washarri ma suniAAa lahu.

Français

Ô Seigneur ! La louange est à Toi. C'est Toi qui m’a fait porter (ce vêtement). Je Te demande son bien et le bien pour lequel on l'a fabriqué. Je me mets sous Ta protection contre son mal et le mal pour lequel on l'a fabriqué.

Anglais

O Allah, for You is all praise, You have clothed me with it (i.e. the garment), I ask You for the good of it and the good for which it was made, and I seek refuge with You from the evil of it and the evil for which it was made.

O Allah, Dir gebührt das Lob; Du hast mich damit bekleidet. Ich bitte Dich um sein Gutes und das Gute dessen, wofür es gemacht wurde; und ich nehme Zuflucht bei Dir vor seinem Übel und dem Übel dessen, wofür es gemacht wurde.
